Last summer, the Little League Relay for Life Team created a cookbook in memory of Dottie Cox, a long-time and much loved co-worker and friend who lost her battle with cancer in 2007. Dottie was part of our kitchen staff at the Williamsport, Pennsylvania, facility for many years and some of her recipes are included. The cookbook features over 250 recipes collected from friends and family members of Dottie as well as Little League Baseball employees. The cookbook is full sized 8 ˝ x 11”, with all proceeds from the sale being donated to the American Cancer Society in Dottie’s memory.
