Shipping Information
What kind of packaging do you use? 
The type of packaging varies based on the item. We assure you that we always take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged when shipped from UPS.
Can I ship to multiple locations? 
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.  However, you can place an individual order and have it sent to anybody, anywhere.


  • All phone orders placed before 4 P.M. EST ST. will be shipped the following day, and orders placed after this time will ship the day after next.
  • All online orders will ship the following day during the business week, any orders that are placed on-line during the weekend will be shipped the upcoming Monday.
Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for orders to be packed and shipped.  A shipment number will be emailed to you in 1-5 business days so that you can track the status of your merchandise.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.  Expedited shipping is not guaranteed.



**Orders containing special merchandise such as banners will be shipped directly from banner printer. If a banner order has other items on the purchase those items will immediately be shipped unless noted differently in the comments section, and the banner will follow in shipment once completed by the vendor with a 2-3 week turnaround time.

Through our online store we only offer Standard UPS Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day and UPS Worldwide Saver.  Foreign addresses and APO’s will be shipped USPS. 

*Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified.


Shipping Method

At Little League® we use these carriers to transport orders:


  • USPS is available as a Flat Rate shipping option for $7.99
    • Tracking information is now available for orders sent via Flat Rate. 
  • UPS Ground is a USA ONLY shipping option.
    • All shipping cost are determined from the weight of the package, these costs are directly generated from UPS and are not controlled by Little League®
  • UPS Worldwide Saver is the option for most worldwide destinations. Foreign addresses and APO’s will be shipped USPS.


  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY The information below pertains only to orders shipped to addresses outside the United States. Our shipping policy and pricing are subject to limitations imposed by the carrier or delivery service.
    • The recipient is responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery.
    • Please call in using our toll-free number if you experience problems for your particular destination. Shipping charges will be added if they were not calculated during checkout.


Order Status

Visit the UPS order tracking page to check your order status.  USPS Flat Rate also has tracking available.  A tracking confirmation number should generate at the end of the day once the order ships and notification of this track is sent to you via email.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

Contact us if you have concerns about returns or exchanges on your order received from the Little League® Store.  It is helpful to have your order confirmation number readily available.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, therefore, if you have a cancellation, please contact us as directed below at your earliest convenience the day that the order is placed. Returns and exchanges may be done within 30 days with receipt for merchandise in original condition with original tags.  Please ship to "Order Department" to the address below via a trackable method. 


Damaged or Defective Products

Contact us if there is any damage to your package, or items in your order that you received from the Little League® Store.

Below are the emails you should receive about your order once it has been accepted through the Little League® Store:

  • Confirmation of Order - Automatically generated when we get your order. It contains your order number, receipt and other information such as bill to and ship to.
  • Tracking confirmation - Automatically generated via email at end of day order is shipped
  • Problem with Order Notice
    You may receive this important email for the following reasons:
    • User comment in regards to updated shipping, or other questions
    • Address verification
    • Backordered/Out of Stock Item
    • General problem with order

The Little League® Stadium Gift Shop and World of Little League® Peter J. McGovern and Official Store are open year round.

  • Little League® Stadium Gift Shop Hours: 9 A.M. EST. to 5 P.M. EST. Monday through Friday
  • World of Little League® Peter J. McGovern and Official Store Hours: 9 A.M. EST. to 5 P.M. Open Daily
  • All phone orders placed before 4 P.M. EST ST. will be shipped the following day, and orders placed after this time will ship the day after next.
